Hot Chips 2026 will be held on the Stanford Campus. We have made arrangements for in-person attendees to stay in one of the Stanford dorms for $125 per night. The specific dorm will be determined later, but here are the basics:
Once you have submitted your registration you will receive a receipt and confirmation by email. Your detailed room assignment and instructions for picking up your keys will be sent to you approximately one week before the conference begins.
Cancellations must be requested before 11:59 PM on Wednesday, August 19 by contacting [email protected].

Emergency contact information is required by Stanford University. This information will only be shared with the Stanford housing management and used only in an emergency.
